There were lots of people who had bing! moments after reading the article on why no-one buys quality or clarity. Since then, I’ve had a number of terribly fabulous conversations with people where we’ve put words around what they DO sell, and what the deepest, juiciest benefit of it is.
It would be gorgeous and appropriate to bring my New Thing into the world with the sound of lightbulbs.
